RULES AND REGULATIONS!
I . my name is mars, and i’m twenty. i struggle with severe adhd so i am a very slow roleplayer, extremely inconsistent, and my memory is cookie cutter at best sometimes. please be patient with me and i will extend the same courtesy to you. most importantly please remember to follow common role play courtesy when interacting with my muse and i!
II . this is a HIGHLY SELECTIVE AND PRIVATE BLOG, mainly because i only follow people who i feel that i can and will write with, so if i don’t follow back it is probably because i don’t see us writing together. i purposefully curate a smaller following because i have every intention on rping with every one of my mutuals at some point and i do not have a lot of social energy to reach far out. this blog is also currently SINGLE FANDOM, meaning i only roleplay within the genshin universe. i am happy to interact with muses from other fandoms that have genshin verses ( this includes oc’s ) however i usually only dive into fandoms i know of already. i am extremely selective with oc’s, and mostly only interact with oc’s from people i already know and can talk to. this is not due to disliking oc’s but once again, my memory is extremely selective and it is stressful for me when i feel like i cannot meet the standard people would like me to. i love oc’s in fact, but it’s difficult for me to interact without a certain level of communication between me and the mun, which is again, limited because i have a small amount of social energy at any given time.
III . i may unfollow for a few different reasons, like if your blog has been inactive for three or more weeks, if any of the content on your blog makes me uncomfortable, or if you don’t cut your posts. i may also unfollow after a period of time if i feel there is no real interest in writing with me, i don’t expect constant contact because i am by no means perfect at this, but if there is simply no interaction at all with my posts past following my blog, i will likely unfollow. i always check out the people who follow me before i follow back. if you decide to come back to your blog after a long absence and i have unfollowed due to inactivity, don’t be afraid to catch my attention so i can refollow! i block personals and softblock blogs i will not be following back, i like to keep my follower count strictly to those who will interact with me.
IV . as for shipping, i’d prefer if there was chemistry, not just what i ship but with OUR portrayals, and you can always message me and ask! just be prepared that i may decline, if i do, there are never any hard feelings! there will be no sexual content on this blog, while i hc aether and lumine to be well over 3000, they exist within the bodies of adolescents and it would make me most comfortable to refrain from anything smut related.
V . feel free to turn memes into threads! i’m totally open to that, in fact i love it when that happens! this is actually the best way to start rping with me because i am very slow with starters unless they have been plotted. please do not spam me with memes, i prefer one per prompt or two for blogs with multiple muses. this is to avoid unanswered asks filling my inbox.
VI . this blog should not be triggering, but if the topics do head towards there it will always be tagged and you can request tags through anon if you'd like. the most i expect is blaspheme, violence, and possibly gore. if you have an issue with the blaspheme on this blog, i recommend you do not follow.
VII . i am quite slow when it comes to messaging and i often leave conversations and return to them at later times. this has nothing to do with my interest in you or anything that you’ve done and is a large part of having adhd. i most likely got distracted and forgot to reply or i ran out of brain power to keep up with a conversation. i am the type to return to conversations even after weeks of letting them sit. i know how i am and i do not mind you leaving things for me to see when i return, or messaging me again to grab my attention. sometimes i’m extremely talkative, other times i am completely silent. this has to do with me, and not you. i will always offer you patience and i ask that you extend the same courtesy to me. i wish i had all the energy in the world for every one of you, but i have to consider my limits and set my boundaries. once again, thank you for understanding! i hope we get to speak soon!

aether and lumine are celestial creatures, comparable to angels, made from light and stardust to become avengers. they travel through dimensions with the purpose of fighting evils, their path is unknown even to them. their destiny is to follow the wind which wills them. they are eternally young and immortal, the only death they will face is an unnatural one. neither of them can pinpoint their birth year. it feels so long ago now, before years had numbers. they are certainly older than the creation of teyvat.
aether and lumine came to teyvat for the first time during the archon war, where as we see, an unknown god separates them and entraps aether in a dark slumber for near three thousand years. when he awakes, teyvat is a different place, one that has reformed and found some peace since he last remembers.
aether and lumine cannot harbor their original power when they are separated. lumine disappears and so does aether’s wings, his multidimensional travel ability, and his ability to wield light as a force. he is able to resonate only with the anemo archon, and none other.
aether has been stranded on teyvat since he awoke, with the help of paimon he is finally on a path towards finding lumine in his search for the seven. along the way he finds he cannot say no to those who need help and protection, veering off course on number of occasions, he will not walk away from someone who needs him. he knows lumine would understand.
aether and lumine are each others only kin. they were born holding hands. aether feels an unbearable emptiness without her by his side.
